Q 3: When I will get my products ? Ans: All Products are shipped within 3 /4 working days.EVERY CARE IS TAKEN FOR PACKING SO THAT THE ITEM REACHES BUYER IN SAFE CONDITION. Once you get the shipping details after which order will normally reach you in 2 to 4 working days depending on your location and other factors.
Q 4: RETURN & WARRANTY POLICIES ? Ans: ALL OUR ITEMS CARRY FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY AGAINST ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS within 6 Months from the date of item receipt. Refund for items are only given if we are unable to provide the buyer the new replacement.
ANY ITEM RETURNED THAT SHOWS IMPROPER USE, IMPROPER HANDLING OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE; MISSING PARTS AND ACCESSORIES WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO BUYER.
Q 5: What if an item received is defective ? Ans: Kindly give us a call and speak to our customer care representative and obtain an RMA number. Return the defective item to us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it.Please put the RMA number on your package. Only packages having an RMA number are accepted.
Q 6: Do you offer COD ? Ans: No, we don't have COD facility in all location.
Q 7: Can I place an Order on the Phone using my Credit Card? Ans: Yes you may place an order on the phone during office hours and charge the same securely using your Visa Card. This will be done through a secure mobile gateway. To pay for an order you will need to call us. You will then receive an IVR call during which you will be asked to enter your credit card details. The information would then be validated and a confirmation SMS will be sent to you.
Q 8: How do I track the exact delivery status? Ans: Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB no. The package can be tracked on the courier company's web site.
Q 9: What is the Shipping Charge ? Ans: Most of products have Free Shipping. Free shipping is not applicable for deliveries outside of India.The shipping charge of a product if any is displayed during the check out process mainly for bulky products
